Excited to see what the kid can bring to the red wings. They will likely try him out in the AHL first.

Definitely should play at least a few NHL games before the season ends. I'm sure he's moved on from that disappointing WJC and he's ready to go.

YES! he can still play in the AHL, they have different contracts for that.
