Team Explanation
I don’t think I would do this from a Devil’s perspective, but do y’all think this is a fair Eichel trade?

Yeah no Buffalo probably doesn’t do this your literally just throwing in random prospects

Hischier, Mercer, Muk- all first rounders
    Boqvist- high second rounder
Clarke- over a ppg in the O and then had an impressive showing in the AHL. Will probably be a second or third line scorer.
This package is probably worth 6 first rounders and one of them is hischier. Buffalo said that they wanted around 4 firsts for Eichel. How are these throw in players?

Clarke is a throw in player, he could be a good middle 6 piece, but he is not worth a 1st. He played on the most stacked OHL team that boosted everyone's stats, + was a 3rd round pick just 2 years ago. Boqvist is a 2nd that's doing okay, but still not worth a 1st. Good prospects, but not sell home. Hischier is a great piece, same with Mercer, and Muk is a good asset, but Buffalo would defiitely prefer quality over quantity, players like Talvite, Daws, Sieganthaler, and Clarke have no real value in this deal, and doesn't really make sense for either team

Bro how is their not quantity AND quality in this trade? In a redraft Mercer goes higher. He’s worth a first and a tiny bit more. Hischier is probably worth three middle firsts on his own. This trade is giving Buffalo a team that will win more games than the current roster. How’s this not a good package?

I said there was quality, I said the added on prospects were just quantity. But no, because no one else offered here is impactful in the NHL rn besides Hischier. Mercer is good yeah. There's a reason everyone is saying no for both sides, because this is worse than a franchise mode trade, it just doesn't make sense. It's like me saying for Jack Hughes we'll give you Oloffson, Peterka, Davidsson, Pekar, Johnson, Weissbach, Cronholm, and Sheahan

Not even close. If you think that olofsson is on the level of hischier then leave the comment section bud😂. I’m giving you way too many good pieces for eichel. Look at the other comments. This is a bad trade for the devils. I doubt either side would do it but you can’t compare what you are saying to a first overall pick in hischier. Let’s not be delusional😂😂
