Why would Calgary give up Johnny for a goalie when they already have markstrome locked up for 5 more years and a guy who has been injured the entire year and doesn’t produce that much

This is very very very terrible for calgary, it’s crazy how terrible this is for Calgary. Gaudreau will cost ALOT more. This isn’t even remotely close to getting him, it’s extremely extremely far off.

Markstrom* as a Nucks fan aside from being a Pens fan u triggered me, but yeah in my opinion Merzlikins wouldn’t be a great fit since Marky is already they’re starter. I get where you’re going but the Flames need a 1b instead of another starter.

Also, if Merzlikins is gone then Koorpisalo will be the starter with no decent backup, so Calgary and Columbus wouldn’t do that.
