IMO, the only 3 young players that are untouchables are Suzuki, Caufield and Primeau. Habs NEED a game changer. They need a forward (center or winger) and they need a defenseman.

I doubt Buffalo is taking that deal.

Kotkeniemi is gonna be good. Brook looks good. Draft picks in a shallow draft Buffalo hasn't scouted AT ALL? Worthless. Salary dumps. Nope.

It's a miss.

Eichel starts with Suzuki and Caufield..... it just does.

And then we can talk about how the sum isn't greater than the parts
