Johnson is bursting with skill, but he'd be low on my list. I think Beniers and Guenther both make way more sense.
Beniers has a much more polished overall game, and is going to be an NHL C. I don't think he is a true superstar 1C, but I think he's capable of being the "Matt Duchene 1C" level where he's not quite a do it yourself star C like a Barzal or a Point, but he's capable of holding down the role, especially in a scenario where he has the support of an elite group of Wingers.
Guenther also makes more sense. It's a little harder to picture unless Tim Stützle is going to be a C at some point at the NHL level, but Guenther has absolutely elite offensive ceiling. He's a really impressive package as an offensive player, and he's a relentless player, which fits Ottawa's style well. He's also a Natural right hand shot unlike Johnson, which would help a lot for Ottawa as the u25 RW depth basically goes Batherson-Sokolov end list.
