      Pittsburgh"s 'cap relief' gets them a 2nd rd pick. Other team's 'cap relief' gets them a 1st, a 3rd and a 5th.

I remember Winnipeg and the Rangers talking about getting older and giving up 1st rd pick, 1OA pick and the 24 OA pick....

The Blues wouldn't do that if they could afford it, which they can't.

Considering he’s still an elite D, yeah he’s easily worth his 7.25 million contract

A quality NHL D on a reasonable contract in return for a 60th overall pick isn't worthwhile? Why be so oddly exclusive? Not really in a position to be choosy either.

Not even with Wpg desperate for his ilk of player?

      Seems fair to suggest ultimately

If NYR were going full on for a cup maybe they... well they still wouldn't but... anyhow it's not even the situation for that type of deal it's just kinda wild

Laffy starting slow is no big ultimately

Many top picks did then ascended after

If pens decide to blow it up, they can retain 50% on him and net a great return.

Will be an interesting offseason indeed

Letang is far too injury prone to be anyone's best D. Even Pittsburgh's.

Only missed one game this year so far. Although he has had many injuries throughout his career, it’s always a treat watching him play healthy. For pens sake, I hope I didn’t just jinx it
