It’s not about the cap hit. It’s about using up the one non-emergency call up we have.

Again, the problem is not the salary cap. The problem is using up their post-deadline call ups.

Yes. Ignoring the fact that it means he has a bad injury, we obviously want Carey to be in a groove rather than just being put into a playoff series without having played in weeks.
