No appreciation of players NTCs....certainly Johnson and Parise especially have no motivation to move.

I'm not sure about this, I may be wrong but I thought Johnson was willing to waive his NTC in the prior offseason. My thoughts on Parise is that maybe he wants the opportunity to play top 6 minutes again and revitalize his career so he waives his NTC.

Parise is finally on a good Minnesota in his home state. Likely he won't want to be on a bottom rung team again. Changing teams likely won't revitalize what Parise is as a player.
Johnson....where he waives too would be a big factor. Red Wings...what's his motivation?

I think you're slightly overpaying all of your RFAs...wait....only $2.5 million for Hronek? Your best defenseman??? He's asking for a trade if you give him that deal.

Actually forget that, someone is offer sheeting that guy at a higher price faster than Yzerman's slapshot

Maybe you see 1 deal like this in the offseason. I just don't think theyre gonna eat that much money even if it does bring in picks.

Exactly this. He has no incentive to accept a move and when the Islanders trade fell through, that cemented that he will finish his career in Minny.

If Parise waives to go anywhere, it's to chase a Cup. He was pretty clear a couple summers ago about how he knows his career is winding down and you only get so many chances at winning.

Bit too much for Beagle. Hes bad but 3 picks is a lot.
