Cowboys - Leafs: Pretty obvious
Texans - Sabres: Had good futures but failed due to bad management. Now star players are in trouble and might want out.
Packers - Oilers: Have great offenses and below-average defense. Haven't had much playoff success recently
Patriots - Blackhawks: Dynasty of the 2010s, now are average.
Buccaneers - Lightning: Both just won the championship and are stacked throughout
Chargers - Panthers: Not a big fanbase but have good futures
Chiefs - Avalanche: Both have amazing futures
Eagles - Sharks: Were good in the late 2010s but now are on the decline with bad contracts. Also both have teal as their colors
49ers - Habs: Great past, haven't been able to do much recently
Giants - Devils: Underrated Futures

The Packers have been in the Playoffs 10 times in the last 12 years: 1 SB win and 4 other NFC title game losses. EDM has been in the Playoffs 1.5 times in that same span.
