I like what you did here. I think this team scores less than the 2014-2015 Buffalo Sabres but does shut the door quite the well. Ultimately I think they fall short of the playoffs.

I can understand the defense, too many number 4/5 guys -- but why do you "have precisely 0 faith in" the goaltending? Saros has shown he is a more than capable starting goaltender (Vezina-type season this year) and has had very good numbers over his career leading up to this breakout year, and Driedger has shown he can be a high-end backup in the NHL with starter potential.
