Would Bruins be interested in. DeBrusk for Graves type trade after the draft, both players dont really seem to have a fit on the teams rosters if they arent Seattle bound.

Actually, I think that's a really good idea. Not a fan of either team but it makes total sense. Both team make sure they lose a lesser player at the expansion draft.

Bruins fans seem to be adding a LHS Dman quite a bit on here, so to me it made sense and Avs add a middle 6 winger who could either play on the 2nd line with Kadri or Burakovsky or make up a 3rd line with Newhook and Kaut next year. All depending on XD and with the hope compher is selected bc that would leave a top 9 of...with Jost or Nichushkin as guys that would slide around in there depending on injuries or situations

Landeskog MacKinnon Rantanen
Burakovsky Kadri Donskoi
Debrusk Newhok Kaut

I still feel like that's too light for Hall. I don't think he deserves a big contract, but I think it'll be at least $7m. Sure, there is kind of an unspoken rule (maybe it is spoken) about not going over $7m (save for Tukka), but I still think he gets it. And if not, then it should be at least 5 years at the cap hit you have. I think GMs understand that he was on an absolutely horrible BUF team and won't hold it against him -- he looks like a different player now in BOS.

I Agree, he does look like a different player, mainly bc hes happy and is where he wanted to be from the start. I can see him leaving money on the table to be a Bruin, he seems motivated to be there long term and his Agent is Bobby Orr, so im sure this was the plan all along

I personally don’t think so Graves likely just gets taken by Seattle because the Bruins protect Carlo McAvoy and Grzelcyk and he is also a similar player to what the Bruins already have in Lauzon and Carlo

He’s said multiple times that he doesn’t want to be the guy so if you don’t want to be the guy you can’t make the most on the team he has to make a similar deal to Pastrnak if he doesn’t want all the pressure

He also said he wants to play playoff hockey and then signed in BUF...

I think he knew he was leaving at the deadline as soon as he signed that contract and just wanted to try and up his value with Eichel

I don't disagree with that, but just pointing out that players say a lot of different things -- doesn't mean they really mean it.

I’d be blown away if debrusk is moved, now that his value is at an all time low. GMs aren’t going to rush to judgment based on a weird, pandemic season with no pre season and an intra division schedule. Just give the kid a normal year with a normal off season.

Curious why Krejci gets two years and Rask only one? Believe Rask will get more money as well. Like seeing Studnicka get his chance at 3C and Coyle at 3RW. You connected enough to make it happen?
