Colton is not Verhaeghe though. Verhaeghe was a scorer that needed a bigger opportunity. Colton has never been a scorer in the AHL, and was always pass first to Barre-Boulet. His shooting percentage is unsustainable and his playmaking ability (assists) hasn't shown at the NHL level yet. I'd sell high on him if given the chance.

I think we're going to end up forking over the 1st. Colton and Finley would give them a bottom 6 center and a project, but I imagine the 1st will be Seattle's ultimate prize. Maybe they want Killorn for a leadership position too.
