This isn't the answer at all, Toronto would likely lose all those players to waivers. Andersen is likely to stay on LTIR until the playoffs but he'll probably play 5 games in the AHL on a conditioning loan before, then he'll start game 1.
But, if Toronto wanted to get him some NHL action there's really only 1 way to do it but it's risky because they wouldn't be able to call anyone up if there's an injury before the playoffs:
1. Hyman and Bogosian both go on LTIR and cannot return until game 1 of the playoffs
2. Sandin, Robertson, & Brooks are all sent to the taxi squad or Marlies
3. Activate Andersen
Rittich remains with the team as a healthy scratch or he'd be lost to waivers. Hutton takes Bogosian's spot on the 3rd pair and this still allows Foligno to play with just over $600K of cap space. So if any injury happens, that player would have to go on LTIR in order for Toronto to call someone up, or Toronto uses their emergency call-ups to fill that spot. It's a lot of cap juggling but it's possible, just doesn't seem like the smartest idea when Andersen can play in the AHL with no risk of the roster losing anyone and get his confidence back
