Ask price to lift NMC. I don’t think kraken will bite

So, they have the choice to take Drouin, Chariot or Price.

If they take Drouin, we resign Tatar. If they take Chariot, Romanov takes his spot and Kulak 6th D. If they take price , we have a lot of cap space !!!

You actually leave Drouin unprotected? I know he has struggled, but I still think he can be really good. Maybe they trade him for another "struggling" forward.

I would be happy if they take Drouin. It would be the best case scenario . He really brings nothing. Can’t shoot, poor work ethic, not fast anymore.

Almost guarantee it’s one of two things. They take allen, or we give them a pick to take Byron

This strategy makes no sense at all, Why leave 3 prime trade assets unprotected just to save Allen? If you are that desperate to get rid of Drouin, you trade him in the offseason for a fair return. If you leave Price unprotected you set our team back 3-5 years in terms of development and playoff contenders. Primeau is a great young player but he is still 3 years minimum from starting goalie status and at least another 2 years from making us a contender. Allen isn't the guy you want to ride for 60-65 games a year while Primeau develops. Give Seattle a 2nd + Chiarot to not take Allen if you want to but don't expose prime assets for nothing.

It would be 99% Allen, except if Price lift NMC like stated.
I don’t see them taking Byron for picks . If not Allen, Chariot could be interesting for them.

You consider Drouin a prime asset? He is the opposite. Chariot is exposed whatever happens (if we go 7-3-1). That leaves price . I think we can find a tandem (Allen and someone else) to replace price if he leaves. He played like an average #1 goalie the last 3 years ...

Does two years of allen do much for them? Or one year of chiarot?

They’ll be wanting to acquire as many picks as possible.

Allen really shouldn't be an option. There's plenty of other goalies available that are better or better suited for his role. Byron isn't useful to Seattle in any way, so sure you can pay them to take him but it'll cost more than a pick.

Seattle likely takes a long and hard look at Cale Fleury. Right handed defence are hard to come by, and he can be a sneaky good one on a cheap deal for them

We said the same thing about Charles Hudon. We thought Vegas would of take him because of potential in the minors. Heck they took proven players. So I don’t think they will take Fleury.
