I don't really see why the Panthers would really care about dumping Stralman. I'd understand if it was a cap-strapped team, but the Panthers only have $67.45 mil committed to 18 players that are already signed for next year. A buyout would also just cost them $2.5 in year 1, and $1 in year 2. Not really worth blowing a pick on, IMO.
