    Brett Berard? 😂😂😂
Gonna have to do WAY better than that

And no interest in Strome. He’s about to turn 28 and won’t fit our Rebuild timeline if we are trading Eichel.
So u gotta swap him out for a YOUNG, and HIGH END piece (Lafreniere, Kakko or Fox- for example)

Beating out all the other teams that will be bidding on Eichel is gonna COST/ likely cost more than you’d wanna give up

Cracks me up that so many ppl think they’re getting a deal on a 24year old, ELITE Center, who’s under contract for 5 more years

I think they play Xbox way too much

That's really bad for Buffalo. Like you can't even band-aid it with a small add or 2

Buffalo can keep Eichel and continue to suck, Rangers don't need him.

How many teams do you think are bidding on Eichel? Not too many teams can afford him. Also fox is more valuable than Eichel and I wouldn’t trade Miller either. Eichel is not worth what you think he his. He’s disgruntled in Buffalo and everyone knows it, so that’s another disadvantage for you. Also the rangers don’t need him he’s not a franchise player, (my definition of franchise is someone who can single handedly carry a team. mcdavid and Crosby like) and you might not want a strome like player but realistically you have to take cap back and flip that player probably retained to a contender.

The media has manufactured the idea that Jack Eichel is unhappy in Buffalo, just like they were doing with Connor McDavid in Edmonton before they made the playoffs once. They keep asking him if he’s happy, if he wants to be traded, they want that soundbyte so badly. He’s probably just sick of being asked that question 100,000 times. He’s never said he wants to leave, would even entertain asking for a trade, nothing of the sort. It’s the media grasping for straws and nothing more until he says otherwise.

    And I quote

"Listen, I'm fed up with losing and I'm fed up and I'm frustrated, it's definitely not an easy pill to swallow right now. It's been a tough couple of months, it's been a tough five years with where things have went."

That was in may of 2020 it’s be another horrible year so where do you think he’s at now?

The Sabres have debuted 3 D rookies this year and all 3 have played well. They have they youngest D in the league. Any Eichel trade is not going to be centered around a D man and Dmen dont add value. Stop adding dmen

The Rangers are probably one of the last teams theyd trade him to so they'll have to put in a legitimate offer. Eichel more than likely wont be moved

    Idk about that?
“Ranger fan” tells me we’d be lucky to get Strome & other mediocre pieces for him- even though they really don’t even need or want Eichel that is

But funny how more of their fans propose dogsh!t Eichel trades than any other team fan base on here

He’s still not saying “I want to get out of here.“ The frustration was all under a terrible, clueless coach, at least most recently. Jack has not had the benefit of playing under Granato yet. The team looks completely different since he took over. Jack was never healthy the entire season this year. When he gets back 100% he might just be ready to prove to the league he’s as good as we think he is, and why players like him just don’t get traded. When they do it’s a franchise altering trade that gets talked about for the next decade. The thing about a trade like that is it’s so costly it hurts the team acquiring him to make the move. If it isn’t painful it isn’t nearly enough.

That’s your only response because you know I’m right. That’s not even a stretch. I’m not going out on a limb here. I think that’s something 90%+ of the hockey world would agree with.

What I seem to need to remind you of is the Rangers are in a PLANNED REBUILD, so the playoffs have not been the main goal this season or the past two, it's been about REBUILDING, which they have done very nicely. The Rangers will be back in the playoffs very, very soon and will be a playoff team for many years to follow, whereas Buffalo, with Jack Eichel, will still suck 5 years from now.

Except we aren’t comparing NyR to Buffalo,
we are talking about whether or not NyR NEEDS a legit “#1” center.... and they absolutely do.
There’s literally no good argument against it
