Because Laine is a better goal scorer than all those 3 players?

Yes and No,

laine is inconstant, meaning up and down and this year 10 goals
Anderson is playing like a beast, you see him every game and 17 goals this season...

sorry but laine will help you score goals, yes, but 30 games/year max

PS: Caufield is comming soon wink

Laine is also being used horribly in CBJ. He’s inconsistent sure, but so are a lot of young goalscorers early in their career. MTL doesn’t have anyone remotely close to the raw talent that Laine has. You quote josh Anderson as “consistent” meanwhile he had 2 goals last year in CBJ...

<> and he was inconsistant in Winnipeg

<> fr?! did you forget caufield?

<> MAN, make the stats in your favor but don't forget he had an operation in the same year he had two goal.

The point wasn't just about adding Laine.

Laine + Caufield adds more goal scoring pedigree without losing much at all.

Caufield isn’t in the same class as Laine lol. He hasn’t played a single NHL game yet...

for sure you will score more goal but you will also aloow more goals anyway, IMO laine in mtl is a bad idea
