Debatable. Dadonov is having a nightmare season by his standards, and he's still on pace to outscore Jonathan Drouin's best goal scoring season. I'm not that worried about his ability to bounce back to 25 goal, 40-50 point guy next year.

Also even if it's true that Drouin is that much better that Dadonov, that still doesn't make Drouin a good addition to this team. Dadonov is here regardless, and they get more out of him in the top 6 than the bottom six, so there’s no room for Drouin anyway.
