Vegas aren't moving Whitecloud for another middle 6 guy. They need a top 6 centre, and they're extremely high on Whitecloud. They aren't gonna sell him unless they get something substantial in return.

Do you watch the Leafs? Why in the world would they trade Mikheyev and why would they only get a 4th back in return?

I'm also not so sure Dermott is the guy taken by Seattle. There's tons of defence to choose from and not a lot of forward depth. They'll probably take Kerfoot for the added forward depth and he's proven to be versatile. I could also see Toronto making a side deal to get them to take Kerfoot so it helps to sign Hyman this summer

I would be annoyed if Galchenyuk gets brought back. He is terrible defensively

I was annoyed when the Leafs first got him but for the most part he's shown hustle on the backcheck.

Again, this is not an endorsement to bring him back. Even if he is back, league minimum is the most I'd offer him just because of the high risk, high reward factor.
