The buyout is better on Loui then Neal’s, Neals would be on the books for 4 yrs verses Loui’s 2 yrs, yes would get more cap savings in yr 1 of Neal’s but he’s counts against the cap for 4 yrs verse 2

Loui is -2M Neal is -4M

Like I said yr 1 Neal gives you more cap space but he counts against the cap for 4 yrs at 1.9 mil where Loui’s only counts against the cap for 2 yrs at 1 mil, buying out Neal over Loui would be very poor cap management but he’ll ya oilers fans would thank you to the end of time if you make that trade giving up just a second rounder to get rid 2 ugly contracts be like winning the draft lottery.
