You're grossly under-estimating the impact that Martinez has on Vegas.

Signing Nosek and Martinez to that high of a contract is a mistake. They are having good seasons but they aren't repeating it. It is a flat cap and Nosek is worth 1M or less. Martinez should not be worth more than 3M. Track where these guys got their points and it corelates with bad teams.

I also don't think Janmark gets a pay increase. I think 2M is the number.

If either of them want numbers higher than those thresholds let them walk and use the cap and young players in the system. It is harder to replace Martinez but not impossible. Martinez was irrelevant before coming to Vegas and I think everyone understands you need to take a cut if you want to stay.
