The isles need wahlstrom a lot more than they need brannstrom.

I like this trade for both teams... Ottawa may add a SJS 2nd to make it a bit more even

You're undervaluing Brannstrom who outproduced Wahlstrom in the AHL at the same age as a defenceman and is scoring at a similar rate now. Nobody needs to add but if anything, Isles do imo

Solid trade. I think both teams benefit. Ottawa is probably aiming to draft a D again this year so makes sense for them to move off Brannstrom
