You mean I'm doing what Ranger and other fans do on Eichel trades? really, you don't say- I'm miffed that nobody seemed to notice I retained 1.5 mil on Skinner - Someone wrote at 2mil Girgensons you'd need to also give a 3rd just for someone to take him - Tkachuk and Monahan has worse stats per million dollars this year than Girgensons had last year does that mean they also have negative value?

Because, in my opinion, the Flames post wasn't an attempt to troll, it was just a "meh" trade, whereas this is a clear troll post. If I'm off base, I appologize.

You think that the Flames post not being a troll makes it better I say it makes it worse that someone actually believes it's OK to offer a bunch of low end pieces for Eichel, I haven't seen trades like that for Barzal or Barkov it's insulting, Eichel ain't with McDavid, Matthews, Draisaitl, and MacKinnon but considering his age talent and contract he's right after.

How someone could possibly feel insulted on this website is beyond me. Like, 90%+ of the posts on this site aren't even close to decent trades. If everyone filled their diaper every time they saw a trade they didn't like, it'd be an absolute disaster zone. I have yet to actually see a post where someone said that Jack Eichel wasn't good. Every fan base on here has an "Eichel". No, not a bonified 1C, but a player that other fan bases come in and try to rip off. You mentioned Barzal-There were literally hundreds of bogus Barzal offers/Offer sheets on here before he signed his bridge deal. "Isles can't afford him, let's give peanuts 'cause they'll lose him for nothing!". Lots of bad Barkov trades too. McDavid, Matthews, Drai and MacKinnon all get bogus trade offers on here.

You may not have seen them, but take a quick scroll through non-Eichel trades and it's pretty obvious.

To each their own, but getting absolutely livid because another team didn't offer 83 first round picks seems like it would be exhausting.

Aside from missing a 1st the 2 ACGMs have nearly the same value, with the CGY prospects being slightly better and Lindholm was added for dramatic flair, even though Tkachuk doesnt equal Eichel. Yet everyone has a vitriolic reaction to this trade, but are completely fine when Buffalo gets robbed

There's a pretty significant difference here man

Monahan has 4 more goals than Skinner, Monahan has played the entire year on the top line, Skinner played half the year, unfairly, on the 4th line and wasnt getting top line minutes until recently. Skinner is only the biggest cap dump to people biased against Buffalo, no one here is worried about him
