Description

RULES:
- Cap must be set to $40,750,000 (half of what it is now)
- You're only allowed 5 ELCs
- Set up a poll in the comments to see if your team would make playoffs
- If the community decides your team makes playoffs, you win (bonus points if you're cup bound)

Top 6 forwards, strong d core, and goaltending are all cup bound, but forward depth could come back to bite them. This team is probably still cup for now though.
