Description

RULES:
- Cap must be set to $40,750,000 (half of what it is now)
- You're only allowed 5 ELCs
- Set up a poll in the comments to see if your team would make playoffs
- If the community decides your team makes playoffs, you win (bonus points if you're cup bound)

I know he's no superstar or anything, but he could easily replace a guy like Foligno or Mikheyev.

He could definitely replace Mikheyev, I’d rather have Foligno though because he’s better away from the puck imo at least

Yeah, Foligno is always involved in plays and he is always ready. On the other hand, Garland loves to carry the puck, but tends to be lazy without it. I don't disagree with you.
