I think you take one of the 1sts or Lundkvist/Schneider out and it's probably fine for both sides. Matches Buffalo's ask of 4 1st round equivalents, with one piece being a center. There won't be a better offer tabled than that.
Centermen of Eichel's calibre are never available and acquiring them when they are (if your team lacks one) should be a priority.
I'd also personally run Strome as the #3C, resign Gauthier for cheap if Seattle doesn't take him, and buy out DeAngelo in order to maximize your bonus cushion and keep a couple spares handy on the roster. That or trade him to Jersey with a mid-low pick strictly to buy him out. The $800k he costs next season could be less than any incurred bonus overages, which is something I'd be taking into consideration for the paydays owed in 2022-23.
