This is a little too much for Laine in my opinion considering he’s an rfa and will want 5 - 9 m

IT'll be a 2 year bridge at 6 per year to get him to free agency. He'll click under Quenville playing with Barkov or Huberdeau and earn his 9 mil after. He's a good fit there.

Why would fla pass? this is a proven 40 goal scorer and all they have to give up is verhaege a late second and a good prospect. If anything CBJ would decline
