Description
- Wanted a mock draft where there will be side deals. I think due to flat cap and tons of impending RFA's there will be a good amount of side deals.
- Don't hate on me too much. I know some of these won't happen I just want to have fun with it

Avs are not playing a 1st to get rid of jost, what in the world is this nonsense

And no avs are not exposing toews or girard bc of Johnson’s nmc so this is some sort of dumb payment,

Let’s use your heads here guys

We're far more likely to protect Nyquist than do something so completely absurd as pay to have him taken away.

Jost is good. The Avs are far more likely to protect him than pay to get rid of him. If you change him to Compher and have Seattle send back a third then I can kinda see it. It's way off as it stands though.

That aside, I have a fair amount of the same players in mine, so obviously I agree with much of your logic elsewhere.

If the Kraken just trade Fleury back why not just take a forward from ANA

Steel, Jones, Lundestrom, Terry, Rakell, Heinen, Volkov
          Lindholm, Fowler, Manson
          Gibson

Would leave Henrique, Silfverberg, Milano all available and would slot into the starting forward group, and imo be more valuable than a 3rd

I don't know why I thought that was fair but I changed the trade off your idea in a way.

They easily could but the Kraken can take players that are better for their cap hit imo. Milano also has an injury problem so getting a 3rd is good, especially if they use it for trade capital later on.
