Maybe they could pull off without one of Laf, Shesty or Fox.

But hard to imagine they can acquire Eichel without using Miller, Lundqvist, or Buch (and probably one of Kakko or Kravtsov).

Does it concern you at all that Jack Eichel needs surgery on a bulging disc in his neck? Do you think this is a minor health issue for a guy that plays in the NHL?

Jfc.... u Rangers fans are in serious fantasy land

Whatever team wins the Eichel bidding war- - - IF - - -we even trade him.... will be giving up some of their BEST prospects &/or young players.... NOT these “secondary” pieces

U guys are gonna have to outbid half the league
And these types of pieces just aren’t gonna do it

That’s cute that you think half the league could afford him just shows how much you actually know

Buch should be the only piece the rangers management should even consider from your list if Buffalo wants anything else walk away we don’t need him

Other than Fox, Laf and Shesty, I can't see how anyone else would be untouchable in Eichel trade.
If they asked for Chytil, Lundkvist, Tarmo, two 1sts...would be hard to pass considering the Rangers young d-man depth....no?

Chytil isn’t untouchable but I really like him especially as a 3c rn lundkvist has played amazing in the shl but yeah that package wouldn’t break the bank but all Buffalo fans say they don’t need defense also like I said we don’t need Eichel zibbys contract ends after next season

Five teams would be a lot!
Five teams... means one will hit the bid.

I am saying 5 possible trade partners means the price will be high.
    Kakko, Lundkvist, Chytil + picks

    Don’t think that’ll do it
No high end Center in that package
    Chytil is a 3C type

Even if it’s just u guys & LA....
you’re gonna have a hard time beating a package that starts with Byfield or Turcotte- bc u don’t have a high end center prospect to include

Also..... Eichel is under contract for 5more years
So we wouldn’t necessarily be in a hurry to move him,
& we can wait for the right deal

i'd bet pretty much anything that if Eichel is dealt to LA - Byfield is NOT a part of the return.
listen, people argue value all day long on here, but take a look at high profile trades of top tier players in their prime.
based on those historical returns, Buffalo fans are going to be greatly disappointed if a trade does happen.

for the record, i'm a part of the minority on this site, i don't want the Rangers to trade for Eichel regardless.
i wouldn't touch him with a 10 ft pole at Buffalo fans asking price.

    Great
Then u won’t be disappointed at u guys not getting him

And i said Byfield OR Turcotte for the record
A teams’ top prospect will most likely have to be included to win the bidding

    correct - zero disappointment.
the greatest outcome is that he stays in Buffalo and they are mediocre until the day he leaves.
but again, go check out the history of top tier players getting traded in their prime so that your expectations can be brought back down to reality...
