1st line for Offense and 1st pair for defense

1st for forwards.
2nd for the defence
close for defence tho

1st line forward is pretty easy.

As for defense, I prefer Josi to Chabot and Fox to Carlson -- so in this case, where it's split like that, I'll just go with the younger, cheaper pair in Chabot - Fox. I don't really think Josi - Carlson would really work as a pairing anyway.

Ya I know, I heard. McDavid has better offence than Crosby, but Crosby has better defence, Ovechkin's scoring wasn't way bigger than Matthews's pace right now, plus Matthews has somewhat better defence than Ovi. Drai and Tavares have pretty much the same skill. With a great defence behind you, you tend to go get more offensive forwards which is why this choice was mine. Plus we haven't seen prime Matthews and McDavid yet.

Hey in the players prime I'm going with offense line 2 and defense line 1. Crosby and Ovi,s primes have been better than every season the top 3 guys have had in there whole career. Dont jump on me, it's just my opinion lol. Not tryna start another big thing here. Lmao

McDavid is having one of the best personal seasons in NHL history. In a 82 game schedule he'd be on track for 146 points this year (already on track to hit 100 which is godly stuff)!! That well over anything Sid and Ovi ever got. Especially Ovi, lol

IMO Crosby's prime has been better than McDavids best seasons. Crosby has never gotten below a point per game in his life. Think about it, in his entire 16 years of his career, hes never gotten below a point per game. McDavid will do the same unless injuries occur. God I hate those stupid injuries. I blame Dubinsky, Wilson, and Niskanen. McDavid will get over a point per game every season. Just dont know if hell do it as good as Crosby has done over the past 16 years.

I will admit that Crosby did have some teachers. But hes done better by himself than he did with Jagr and Lemieux. Lol

Offensively McDavid is already better than Crosby. Crosby has never had as good as a season McDavid is having currently and Crosby has never carried a minor league team to the playoffs. Imo tho

Yeah, I think once both players have retired, Crsony will still have the better overall career just cause of his success the past 16 years. Although McDavid hasn't made it through his entire career yet. But Crosby has had more success than players in the top 10 best in nhl history
