Man, hopefully PLD isn't growing sour in WPG. You have to think Chevy will be very active in adjusting his roster this offseason. Getting a top 6 winger whose style fits PLD and I'm sure an upgrade on the blueline. But if PLD keeps getting shuffled around like this, you have to think he'll get upset pretty quickly. I would imagine if Maurice keeps doing that to him, Chevy may have to find a new coach.

But on another note he’s getting noticeably getting better and more comfortable, guess the CBJ drama effected him more then people thought

True, but it's also the quarantine, then the injury. Not to mention being asked to play a completely different style of game now.
I guess I'm just hoping he can get more comfortable rather quickly and not sour on a situation.

All they need to do is keep him with Appleton or vesalainen. They play so well together. The way they just hit everything on site while also producing quality chances surprised me. That line with vesalainen, perreault and Dubois is good. I don’t mind rolling 3 scoring lines when we’re healthy with a stellar shutdown 4th line. IMO after this year we’ll have a new look Jets top 6. No Stastny, wheeler might get pushed out. The new wave on young guys like vesalainen, Appleton and Perfetti will be fighting for every inch in a top 6 role.

Yeah it took a lot longer then thought, honestly think we’ll see a different Dubois next season.. guy is motivated for sure and he proved he has the skill, don’t forget in our regular lineup he’s the youngest on the roster

Perfetti is a question-mark... he shows why most mock drafts had him 4th but the Jets go with the patient approach (which I 100% support) so we’ll see

Hopefully Vesa figures it out..... going to the KHL really messed up his development, but lately seems pretty good

Vesa has looked solid so far with Dubois. Would like to see what that duo can do.

IMO Perfetti stays with the Jets next year. There’s no chance that he improves at all in the OHL. He’s miles ahead of those players. I think Jets management knows that and he might force himself into the lineup. If anything I think he gets the Kyle Connor treatment and rides shotgun with Ehlers and Scheifele or Dubois and Connor.

Well, that’s quite an unfortunate loss. Looks like we’re headed towards a quick exit in the 1st round. Team looks exactly like the 18-19 Jets. Just allowing the wheels to fall off right before playoffs.

At this rate, I wouldn’t be surprised if we played the buds in the first round.

Depending on how we play down the stretch, we could end up in 4th if MTL can string a few wins together. I think I’d rather play Toronto first over Edmonton.

If we get swept or lose in 5 I think Maurice is gone.

A Jets fourth place finish is possible if their current form continues and if TOR and EDM do some load management in the run up to the playoffs.

And at this point, I don’t know how much the opponent matters. We can’t beat anyone right now.
