Man if the Rangers miss the playoffs and pick 20th, that's some bull. Hoping picks 17-32 are reserved for playoff teams

In this specific lottery instance, Canucks wouldn’t be getting brothers since that third lottery spot doesn’t exist starting this year (meaning top five picks would go to BUF->SEA->ANA->NJD->VAN)

huh, thats actually a good observation. What you said is right, 17-32 is reserved for playoff teams. My guess is just that capfriendly has it based on league record at the moment. Assuming they dont make the playoffs, I would imagine theyre 15 or 16
