easy to laugh at them as memes, but the problem isn't either of them

How can they possibly not be part of the problem.......I agree they are not responsible for the team's covid health situation......but really a lot of mis-management by both Benning and Green......These two guys do not deserve a free pass as they are part of the problem as the buck stops at the top.

The guys on the bench next to green are useless. Baumgartner is no good and Brown is even worse. We need a new special teams coach urgently. Green himself has done a really good job with what he has.

As to Benning, yeah, he's made mistakes in the past - but recently the moves make sense. The second half of his tenure has been good yet nobody ever recognizes it. The moves he made this past offseason were intelligent but the covid situation mixed with the intense schedule at the start have not helped any of his efforts to show. We have cap going forward and the mistakes have been cleared up and not repeated. I like the direction he is going.

Most people only look at his moves on the surface -- what they mean at the moment, but neglect to consider where they fit in the puzzle of time. I'm not pretending like he's anywhere close to the best of gms in this league -- he's nowhere close, but he's not half as bad as people make him out to be.
