Description

Couple of notes

1. I think RNH stays in Edmonton if they can find cap space.
2. I have both Lehkonen and Caufield on their off wings to put them both in better shooting positions. I think this maximizes both of their offensive skills.
3. The next season when Suzuki, Romanov and Primeau are due for raises will be tight and may even depend on Weber retiring or trading one or two of Edmundson, Kulak, Toffoli or Drouin.

I’d rather keep Danault. He’s way better defensively, and Nuge’s numbers have been slightly inflated by his team. He’s not worth $7 million.

LOL it is pretty much the same lineup as we have now but without Tatar and Danault. I don't like the scratches and I thought of lining up the forwards as

But thought that having Caufield not only on his wrong wing but also on the 1st line would be too much for many Habs fans to handle LOL

To be honest, I think that Montreal does everything in their power to keep the Tatar-Danault-Gallagher line together long term.

I agree. We don't know term, amount and negotiations, but I believe they will try to keep those three together for several more years.
