Couple of problems, players like Frost, Liljegren, Tolvanen, and Glass shouldn't be above players who are actually in the NHL, this list is vastly incorrect.

Tolvanen and Glass are in the NHL just to let you know, plus I'm not just basing this off NHL playing time, it's also the potential the player carries among other things

Still many players who aren't in the NHL you put over ones who are, nobody gives a crap about potential if one has done more than the other in the NHL or not.
