Define "tough". Here, Ovechkin, Lucic, Tkachuks, Reaves, Simmonds, Nurse, Lehner and Chara are tough I would say.

I have no idea how you can classify Marchand as a tough guy. He's a talented player and a great pest but he always looks to get the cheap shot in and has never answered the bell. Only time he ever fights is if it's someone the same size or smaller. Yet he will cheap shot any size player to try and annoy the other team.

Other than that, I'd say pretty good list. I'd say Jaime Benn could be on this list. Lowry and Martin would be honorable mentions as well.

He doesn't go after them though he's usually the one being attacked. In my opinion, the definition of a tough guy is a player that goes out of their way to stir trouble which nurse doesn't do.
