Description

Strome and Mitchell are out tonight, that probably means Connolly draws back into the lineup? Im not sure what we are doing not playing the young guys like Strome and Mitchell when they should be sitting the veterans like Connolly and Keith/Zadorov. What benefit is given to Mitchell for sitting out tonight, technically speaking the guy is a PPG since returning to the lineup, although two of those were extremely lucky 2nd assists. What benefit is there given to Strome, who had some good chemistry with Gaudette when they played together these past couple of games? The good news is that Regula is playing, but again I'm not sure why they continue to play Keith, Zadorov, and Stillman over Mitchell. If JC has a problem with Strome, then he is guaranteed to be gone this offseason. I wish him the best because he is a good complimentary player and I hope he finds a nice home that will use him properly. I'm thinking Minny is potentially a fit, but we will have to see who gets Strome, probably for free in trade, given they don't expose him in expansion and lose him for nothing.

I'm happy to see Regula get a game in before the year ends. But i certainly didn't expect it. The Strome thing just kind of confirms what we already knew, that hes probably gone at the end of the year.
