I think you're misreading the graphic. Those are goalies that are going to be in this year's playoffs, not based on historical playoff performance.

The NHL writers very rarely have a good head on their shoulders, but Campbell's last 3 games haven't been great. Extreme recency bias I guess.

Main reason: unless MTL pulls a miracle run out of their as*es, I just believe TOR will overwhelm MTL

Main reason: 97

Idk, The Isles has been «meh» for quite some time, and the Pens seem legit

BOS beats WSH in 6
Boston's defensive structure is just so damn strong. Plus I don't fully trust the Caps' D and G

I believe STL will put up a good fight but COL will eventually overwhelm them. COL has just crazy depth

TB has just crazy depth, I believe Ekblad's absence will hurt the Panthers BADLY in this series. A number one d-man that plays such big minutes (24+ per night) is just a huge factor

I really just have a pit in my stomach feeling that the Habs are beating the Leafs. Pretty much across the board, the Leafs are predicted to win the series in almost a 'cakewalk' manner, but I just can't shake the suspicion that this is gonna go south.

Well its not "crazy" to pick the Habs, on paper and healthy they a not a easy out. We dont know the exact health levels and whos all coming back whenever but we can assume some of their roster IR will play game 1. Theyre a great team but if the Leafs can beat them it shows theyre ready to try and go deep as the habs are a very strong team (when they can put it all together).
