You’re at least a lottery pick away from that being considered I think. I don’t know much about these SJS guys though, except Merkley though.

So I could be wrong

I feel like Anaheim wouldn’t move Drysdale cause he’s so young and looking to be a huge part of their team moving forward.

It would be pretty shocking I agree.

Though maybe if they get a good offer for him they didn't like enough of what they saw in him this year (he's been pretty bad but understandably so given how young he is and how badly the Ducks suck as a team this year) that they'd entertain trading him and keeping Manson instead.

Drysdale is def untradable. Quantity won’t be quality in this trade.

Not to be harsh, but that Anaheim trade is preposterous

Ducks aren't doing that and it'll take way more than that for Seattle to take Burns

Quantity doesn’t get you quality. Easy no for the Ducks. And as I always say to the extremely common Donato to the Stars for a fourth.... we already have enough under performing bottom six players

Offensively, Drysdale has been even more impressive than we expected. He'll learn to play defense, with Fowler and Lindholm mentoring him.

I understand that you were floating a trial balloon, so we won't hold it against you.

Definitely agree the Ducks don't even consider that but that's more than enough compensation for Seattle to take Burns. He's still a positive impact player, just overpaid.

Ahh.. but do the Stars have enough youngish under performing bottom-6 players??

Lol Donato to any team for a 4th/5th. Realistically a few teams would be interested, I think the Stars would but fair enough I'll stop counting Dallas as one of em.
