Olofsson is pretty good, very underappreciated, johnson doesnt seem like an awesome pick (just another piece of the cursed ror trade), and the first in this class (even if its top 3) doesnt spend the same as other drafts. Calgary will decline- tkachuk as a power forward that scores isnt the kind of guy that gets traded.

you probably put together a pretty fair package for the flames but tkachuk has more value in calgary than he would ever get in a trade

In most years that might be enough. I think it only makes sense if that pick is top-2 (Beniers or Power). And Sabres offer Quinn instead of Olofsson.
