Yikes. I wouldn't touch that trade if I was the Bruins and I certainly wouldn't not re-sign Krejci just because Domi was there. Also: Rask re-signs not Halak, Carlo gets more, Wagner has never played center in Boston, Lazar and Lauzon are in the starting lineup, and why would the Bruins not use $8MM+ in cap space?

I understand your a leafs fan and may want to torpedo the bruins, but holy crap that columbus trade is a nightmare. Krejci will probably command a similar price, and is a few light years better.

Also, Lauzon has had a heck of a year. Played on the top pair a lot. As much as I want Vaakanainen to be that stud that Sweeney seems to think he is, i think Lauzon is solidly in front of him on the depth chart (he’s also ahead of Clifton for sure).

The good news is that Carlo is going to get a heck of a lot more than that, so at least there’s that!

Edit: goaltending....pretty sure that guy with the highest save percentage in NHL history will probably be back.
