Massive overpay for Reinhart? except for the pick what has value ? Juolevi has gotten decreasing minutes and has been a healthy scratch, Gadjovich can't skate well enough to be an AHL player, and McDonough, is a 7th round player who also can't skate well enough for the NHL (nice shot though) .

Besides the fact his Arbitration eligible and will cost the Canucks a lot, that will ultimately mean Miller will not be resigned, a type of player the Canucks need.

If we don't start making playoffs Miller isn't going to re-sign anyways. Young RHD would be great to have but those aren't easy to come by and I don't think it's an absolute necessity. I think just a good RHD is important they don't necessarily have to be that young

I like to make the trades on here the max I'd give up. Ultimately you'd start the conversation for Reinhart with less but if they gave this up I'd be fine with it because I think it makes us a legit playoff team and Reinhart is young enough to fit in with the core.

I'm not sure I'd pay anything for Holtby to be taken. I'd just hope they take him but for the sake of not having all the comments saying "Seattle won't take Holtby" I decided to add a couple picks here.
