Fox is better two ways than at least half of the guys there on D. Also, Mika Zibanejad
Seems like something a biased rangers fan would say. Fox is not better at 2 way than all 6 defensemen listed and Zibanejad may be a decent 2 way but doesn't amount to the level of skill in that category as the 12 forwards on the list.
Disagree for Carlson, Werenski, Monahan, Aho, Horvat, Matthews. Agreed with most of the rest.
Personally I don't think you've seen those players enough, Werenski before this season led all defensemen with 21 goals and also had 40 assists. Carlson wasn't in the Norris race for nothing. Monahan Aho Horvat and Matthews are also very good in that category you just haven't seen them.
I really don't understand the hype of Matthews being a two-way forward by the media. John Tavares is the Leafs best two way center. Matthews is an offensive superstar. Lots to learn in his own end. Is he getting better? Yes. But a top 2 way forward in the league? No where close.

"Werenski before this season led all defensemen with 21 goals and also had 40 assists. Carlson wasn't in the Norris race for nothing." Yes, for their offensive game. Werenski is average defensively. Carlson is the complete opposite of a two-way D, he's all offense, no defense (and I've watched him 7 times this year so you can't say I haven't watched him enough). Matthews, Monahan and Aho have improved but I don't only use one season and they've been above-average at best. Point is that there are several other forwards you could put before them. Nichushkin, C. Smith, Nash, Greenway, Landeskog, Foligno for exemple.
