Great signing for the Lightning. He looked great in the SHL this season. I think he could maybe play a bit in the NHL next season.

I'm calling it now, the top line is going to be
Ryfors-Point-Kucherov for the 2022-23 season.

I don't think Ryfors will be elite on his own in the NHL, but he'll have enough talent and grit to slide into Palat's role when we cannot afford him anymore.

Including playoffs and assuming @CoopsTroops is accurate in identifying that Ryfors will get skill minutes, he posted an NHLe of:

How do the Lightning keep getting away with it...

Ryfors is immediately going to have the best shot in the Lightning prospect system, except for maybe Koepke, but Koepke probably ends up as more of a 2-way middle 6 player if he reaches the NHL.

I'm sure being able to sell that a spot on the top line, with minimal competition, is available within the next year or 2 played a factor here.
