Personally any thing over 3.5 million I would stay away from him. He seems better because he plays with Heiskanen. The most I'd give him is 3.5 x 2. If you beat that offer, have him it isn't worth it.

Vatanen got scratched in the last couple of games, doubt they re-sign him. Sekera is more defensively minded so IMO he's a better fit for Harley. An ideal fit for Heiskanen would be Ryan Murray if he signs for a one year contract. After that the 2022 offseason has a lot more good options at defense so after Murray's contract expires we sign good defenseman in that class to go with him. That would be my best case scenario.
