About that.... No chance MTL touches that. Not even with a ten foot pole. They probably don’t even touch the phone. Actually, they probably wouldn’t even touch the phone with a ten foot pole.

That might be a tad bit of an overreaction, but you get the point.

I don't really get it...? What do you expect KK to be? He's been fairly poor two years in a row. Caufield will be a nice player but a Franchise guy, and Romanov Is still a question mark

You're too high right now, come back when your brain has cleared a bit from the drugs! KK is doing fine, he isn't being deployed properly but that is on the coaches and not his development, also the kid is 20 and was always viewed as a 3-5 year project. He is right on track thanks. Caufield is an elite scorer, not sure what else the kid has to do to be taken seriously around the league. Kid has absolutely lit it up at every level he has played. In 10 games so far he has 5 points, get real if you think he won't be an impact player cause he ALREADY is! Romanov is having a solid ROOKIE season, he is being trusted with more and more important assignments. He has earned his spot on the team and doesn't look even the slightest out of place. Those 3 players along with Suzuki, Primeau and Norlinder are going to be our core players in 2 years MMW.

I never said Caufield wasnt an impact player, I said he isn't and won't be franchise player cuz he won't be. For how Montreal media was hyping him up you'd like a little more than an defensive Dman from Romanov

Caufield is a franchise changing player you can see that in his first 10 games this year. He came in and helped stop the slide that Montreal had been on. Romanov is not just a defensive D man he is more of a 2 way D man. He just has not been allowed to show his offensive abilities enough this season, my assumption is they want him to get his feet wet and comfortable in the NHL before allowing him to freely roam all over the ice. His game reminds me a lot of Petry's they both play great defensively, are good skaters, have good hard accurate shots and hit hard. We are keeping Romanov for the foreseeable future thanks.

That Oilers trade is just terrible, JP is not going anywhere, Bouchard would only be moved in a package for a high end player.

I'll add my voice to the dissenters, both for the MTL trade and the EDM trade. Neither team does this IMO.

From EDM's perspective:

Bouchard > Ristolainen
Puljujarvi > Olofsson
Neal < 1st

They're losing on all fronts here.

You know we Habs fans can see right through all the crap your trying to spread. You and your fellow fans keep saying that KK, Caufield and Romanov are not going to be elite players but you continuously try to trade for them. The more you try to run them down then try to trade for them the more we just want to keep them cause it reinforces what we already know LMAO

Exactly, people keep saying we overvalue our players and then try to acquire them. Though i would agree with them if they said most habs fans like leafs fans overreact and switch opinions a lot

Caufield is the only one with a chance of being elite, KK tops out as a good but not great player and he isn't even that right now, Romanov is largely just a defensive Dman. I swear it's more of a sentimental thing with Kotkaniemi for Habs fans than performance based

Why do you continuously keep trying to convince us that they suck then keep trying to trade for them then? If they truely were as bad as you insist then you wouldn't want them and would only consider them as throw ins on a bigger package! TROLL ON though my friend!
