You already tried the band-aid approach this year, Your best bet is cut your losses and reup on Wright and/or Bedard

That forward group wont cut it and id rather see UPL than Hutton, theirs cap to get a real goalie

NSH accepts. The extra cap space beyond next year and a high lottery pick - even in a purportedly weak draft - are worth it. Not having to protect four defencemen in expansion is a nice bonus too.

100% would be all over that. Sneak Carrier through the expansion draft and we still have a very solid top 4 with Josi-Fabbro, Ekholm-Carrier then Risto as a 3rd pairing that can move up the lineup as needed.
