So let me get this straight... Seattle has somewhat around the same chances of getting picks 1-5 as Anaheim. But Anaheim has to give up Fleury and ZEGRAS ( who’s the best protect in the league) and Anaheim in fact has a better chance of getting 1st OA than Seattle???

That doesn’t add up.

Tampa hangs up. Eichel does nothing for them and considering they’ll need to sign Point, Cirelli, Serg and Cernak long term eventually.

Are you looking at the garbage contracts being sent to Seattle too, thats major negative value against the sabres and limits Eichels value if you package those contracts with him

Rather eat up contracts and buy players out than trade away the best prospect in hockey

You can have Zary but not Valimaki, we need NHL players if we are acquiring Eichel

Yeah highly doubt any rebuilding teams will be trading for Eichel, it doesnt speed up their rebuild and actually prevents them from a shot at Wright/Bedard

This is all pretty much garbage, you honestly wasted your time and your trades are not even across the board. I get that doing this is difficult since keeping a eye on every team is difficult but if you are going to undertake this project be patient and take your time.

Eichel has to prove that he is healthy before any team bites with that many assets or that longterm contract. Nobody gambling with there jobs that hard

Best offers for Buffalo: EDM, FLA, SJS, STL, TBL

Offers Eichel would be most interested in: COL, NYR, TBL, VGK, WSH

With that in mind, my guess is that Eichel's headed either to the Rangers, Tampa, or Vegas. He wants playoff hockey, especially after years of putting up the numbers he has with no postseason to show for it, and the Sabres desperately need assets they can use to build a new core. Tampa and Vegas, in particular, would be enticing for Eichel since he'd be guaranteed playoff hockey with their current squads and be able to play with other strong players like Kucherov and Point in Tampa or Stone and Pietrangelo in Vegas.

Okay sure, but that’s still an f ton of cap space being burned not only on bad players but now buyouts, with this deal, you literally remove the cancerous contract entirely from the organization. Thats valuable.

Eichel's opinion doesn't matter for another year. He has no leverage until his NMC clause kicks in 7/1/22. Exactly why Buffalo needs to move him now.

I wouldn’t be interested in trading Hintz, and certainly not with JRob, a 1st and a second. Eichel is better than Hintz, but not by a lot, and Hintz is 3 times less for the cost. We also don’t want three 10 million contracts.

Why are the oilers paying much more than several other teams? Not adding to the deal to make up for neals or Kass contracts they have to be included to make the deal go threw if Buffalo doesn’t want them great move on pawn eichel off elsewhere. I don’t think a single team accepts any of these offers he’s not worth nearly as much as people seem to think.

I love how some teams like Seattle pay a single first while others like Montreal or New Jersey have to pay multiple high first round prospects along with a high pick.

Oilers decline, dont need a centre plus his 10 mil cap hit, nor are Broberg and Halloway available and not moving 3 first, if first rounders are being moved it be for something we need, first line left wing and starting goaltending

That's an easy hard NO from Tampa Bay. Why the f*** would they give that much up, decimate the blue line, and give up that much future for one player they don't need?

Yeah that was the hardest one to try and come up with just because they don't have any players. That's why I added the Skinner and Okposo contracts going the other way, but it was definitely one of the least realistic trades for Eichel!
