Keep Kreider - he's next up for MSGs/NYRs bath-tub ring of honour no?

Bruins would not/do not need him - find another club.

Assuming you resign Hall? At $4 mil he ain’t a bad player.

      Then you keep him.

W or W/out Hall - CK is 30yrs old going on 40. Can't stay healthy. Has little to no playoff experience and Bruins are starting to shed those kinda contracts in favour of youth across the board - is what it is...

I'm high on Hertl but that is an overpay for him imo.

Are you dumb, Kreider made his debut in the playoffs and has been to the cup finals and multiple conference finals.

I know but we couldn’t afford to sign them anyway. I just wanted to see what the team could look like with Hertl on it.

Detroit declines. We already have a logjam at RD as it is.

EDIT - I didn't notice the salary retention the first time. That makes a reclamation project for a hometown kid a bit more intriguing, but I still don't see it working, as I doubt NYR are willing to retain 3m of dead cap for 6 years.

Hertl- nice player...but makes little sense to unload those types of assets for a guy that can go UFA in another year. And even if he's extended, that's another expensive contract where the player turns 29 a few months in...no thanks

Hertl has only had one season above 50 points we need to chill a bit on that value

I would say 90% chance Bruins re-sign Hall.
