It’ll depend on Mikas next contract and down the line of when they could trade trouba and Kreider contracts (would also mean that Buch would be in the package to get eichel)

Mika is going to get a decent raise and I don't think anyone would want to trade for Trouba or Kreids

I like Nuge if he goes to FA, easy to lock him up and he would be a calming more consistent player than Strome

Do you have someone who can drive a line, and likes to carry the puck? Nuge doesn’t so he needs wingers that can.

There are very few good centres available as UFAs this season. Rangers don't have a great amount of cap either. Maybe 22/23 is the time to make a move.
Maybe it's a year to put Lafrieneire at centre and develop him.

It's pretty hard to convert a winger into a center. They are better off trading Kaako for a center

we have Lundkvist and Schnider, Schnieder is more defensive and physical whereas Lundkvist is a smaller speedier scoring defenseman (he is not by any means a defensive liability tho)

Would need to be one of them, I'm thinking Schneider as the Jets already have a lot of small puck moving dmen, a 1st and some other stuff, what that stuff would be is debatable I guess.

Realistically I don't see them trading Scheifele but that's where the starting point would be I'm guessing.
